The love of baking started quite a long time ago really.  My mother bought me my first weighing scales , rolling pin and mixer many years ago, mainly due to the fact that I kept borrowing hers . Then ensued many experiments, mishaps and revelations, the main revelation being how the good old fashioned “cupcake” was indeed the best all round, non-shareable piece of cake to be found and made!

Myself and my team at Cupcake Heaven are now supplying the people of Waterford and the southeast with our much loved cupcakes.
